Plum guarantee
At Plum, we want you to be delighted with your purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return the items for a Plum credit on a future purchase.
Items damaged in transit
Should your item(s) arrived damaged, please contact Plum at return@plumgiftco.com or call 416.916.8645, within five business days of receipt of the item.
To return an item
Please follow these easy steps:
- Please contact Plum's head office, by email return@plumgiftco.com or at 416.916.8645, within five business days of receipt of the item.
- Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, and send to Plum's head office at 235 Carlaw Avenue, Ste 405, Toronto, Ontario M4M 2S1. Item must be received by Plum within ten business days of return notification. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. For your security, we recommend that you ship items via an insured courier. Plum is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Once the item has been received at our office, a Plum credit will be issued.
