Shipping rates and information

At Plum, we are dedicated to outstanding customer service. We carefully pack every purchase, then ship via the most efficient and cost-effective method for the destination.

Holiday delivery
Avoid disappointment by placing your holiday order(s) as early as possible during the busy season. Deadline for online ordering to overnight delivery areas is December 14, 2012. Late orders may be accommodated (at an additional cost for the expedited delivery service), if the item is available. The last date for Holiday '12 local orders is noon, December 18, 2012 EST. Inventory is limited so order early to snag the best gifts of the season.

Delivery in the Greater Toronto Area
We ship via Sprinting Courier for same-day local deliveries or via UPS for overnight delivery (see overnight shipping rates below). Local deliveries occur Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) between 11 am and 5 pm. Next-day delivery is available Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) when the order is placed before 10:30 am EST and stock is available. To guarantee next-day delivery, the recipient must be available at the delivery address to sign for the shipment.

Delivery in Canada
We ship via UPS. Depending upon the delivery destination, your purchase will arrive within 2-7 business days. Monday to Friday delivery only (excluding holidays).
